 *TARGET RESUMPTION DATE: 2ND JULY, 2019* 
The *Certified Institute of Cooperatives and Social Enterprise Management (CICOSEMA),* with its National Secretariat situated in Osogbo, Osun State, South West-Nigeria, is a professional body with international recognitions and approved by Nigeria's Federal Ministries of Education and Justice, as well as the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).

We have urgent need for the services of a *Training Manager and two Training Officers* , to work at the National Secretariat, with the following qualities and responsibilities:
 *Training Manager Qualities:* 
1. Deep knowledge of the modern arts of training, for business and enterprise;
2. Evaluation: Ability to measure and determine personal and personnel training needs;
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
4. Passion for change, continuous learning and efficiency;
5. Creative/Innovative/Strategic thinking;
6. Quality assurance and quality control proficiency skills;
7. Project Management: Leadership, marketing and financial planning skills;
8. Flexibility and Self Confidence;
9. Well versed in instructional design; and
10. Generalissimo: Strategic thinker with fantastic organisational and time management skills; excellent research skills with ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
11. Higher degree is a plus for this position.

 *Responsibilities:* 
1. Guarantee success of operations and decision-making processes, backed with tangible results;
2. Identify and assess the training needs of the organisation through job analysis, career paths and consultations;
3. Develop individualised and group training programmes that address specific needs;
4. Develop training manuals that target tangible results;
5. Implement effective and purposeful training methods;
6. Effectively manage the training budget;
7. Evaluate organisational performance to ensure that training is meeting needs defined in the set objectives and improving performance;
8. Assess employees’ skills, performances and productivity to identify areas of improvement;
9. Drive brand values and philosophy through all training and development activities;
10. Manage the technologies and technical personnel required to develop, manage and deliver training;
11. Keep abreast of training trends, developments and best practices; and
12. Monitor training programmes and manuals to ensure that they are effective and up-to-date and make updates, as necessary.

 *Training Officer Qualities:* 
1. Essentially the same as the Training Manager
2. Minimum of a Higher National Diploma/Bachelor's Degree

 *Responsibilities* :
Reports and responsible to the Training Manager on all assigned duties.

 *Conditions for employment:* Be qualified, experienced enough and willing to learn more from the Chief Instructor.
