APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS AND MEMBERSHIP DUE PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

Payment Instructions

APPLICATION/REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

  1. For New Applications, click "New Application" and select the appropriate category.
  2. Fill all the form fields and click "Register".
  3. Your EPC will be automatically generated after submitting the form. Write it down as you will need it to complete the application process.
  4. Proceed to the Bank and make the necessary payment, using your EPC alongside the Depositor's Name. E.g. EPC 35021-Ayodele Kelechi Abdullahi. Without the EPC, your payment might be untraceable.
  5. After payment, you may contact the Institute's Secretariat for immediate activation of your Application Portal via info@cicosemainstitute.org.
  6. Once your Portal has been activated, you will be able to login and complete your application.
  7. Upload all necessary documents, especially your usual signature and very recent passport photograph.
  8. Click on "Preview" and "Print" to print your completed bio-data form.
  9. Logout of your account.

MEMBERSHIP DUE PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Login to your account and you will see the amount due to be paid.
  2. Proceed to the Bank and make payment, using your Membership Number alongside the Depositor's Name. Without the Membership Number, your payment will be untraceable.
  3. Login back to your account and click on "Payment Notification".
  4. Complete the notification form.
  5. Your payment will be acknowledged and credited within 96 hours.
